About Dr. Arbo
Dr. Matthew Arbo is an author, ethicist, professor, leader, and founder of Kanon Consulting.
With more than a decade of experience as a scholar and professional ethicist, Dr. Arbo founded Kanon Consulting to bolster leadership development and enrich organizational cultures. Using interactive trainings, engaging keynotes, and strategic coaching, he helps leaders and their teams toward improved self-understanding, resilient collaboration, and missional clarity. Identifying and solving problems is his superpower—no puzzle too complex, no knot too tangled.
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Dr. Arbo is the author of multiple books and articles, including a soon-to-release introduction to The Virtues (2024).
